Por falta se stock, no se pudo enviar y lo comunicaron inmediatamente, asi como la devolución del dinero. Dicho mensaje me pasó desapercibido y contacté con el vendedor. El hecho es que por un error no se hizo la devolución, pero al aclarar la situación, el vendedor subsanó rápidamente el error e ingresó el dinero del producto. Un error lo puede tener cualquiera, pero lo que distingue a una tienda de otra es la eficacia a la hora de resolverlo. Un 10 para esta tienda.
